Marriage & Family Therapy | Pastoral Counseling | Relationship Support
Kerrith Solomon is a Marriage and Family Therapy Intern at the Council for Relationships in Philadelphia, where she is completing advanced postgraduate training in systemic therapy, integrative practice, and family therapy. She also works with clients in Washington DC and Maryland through Jonah Green and Associates. Her approach draws on specialized training in sex therapy, mindfulness, and supporting families through divorce and other life transitions.
With more than 20 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families, Kerrith brings a compassionate, steady presence to her clients. As both a rabbi and educator, she has guided people through moments of profound joy and deep challenge — including fertility journeys, adoption, life-cycle celebrations, grief, illness, and relationship transitions. She also has extensive experience in educational counseling, including supporting neurodiverse children and their families.
Kerrith’s approach is collaborative, warm, and grounded in the belief that people are the experts in their own lives. She works in partnership with them to navigate conflict, strengthen communication, and build more connected, intentional relationships.
Outside of her work, Kerrith enjoys spending time at home in DC and around the world, where she finds creative ways to bring people together in meaningful community.
